Nho Hieroglyph

Ehe.

These three are truly my babies, being the most developed characters of mine from three entirely different stories. I am happy to see how far Titus and Bo have come, though I think quite honestly Amadeus is the most developed. I think that has to do with the fact that he remains a little boy throughout the story I have written for him, while the other two boys are more grown up with Titus being in his late teens and Bo being in his early twenties.

Amadeus encounters and befriends a wendigo when he and his father moved up to Northern Canada to build and establish a sort of miner's lodge where his father hopes to draw other miners with the promise of gold and to exploit them.

Titus was born into (for the sake of labels) a post apocalyptic world where any sign of man (man made things) have completely vanished and the world is overrun by nature. A small population of humans have still survived living a very primitive lifestyle trying to deal with very sentient and aggressive varieties of trees and plants.

Bo grew up as a child soldier and only (somewhat) kept his sanity, (also losing most his memory) through such a horrific time through substance abuse from his older foster brother. He now lives in the city as a merchant and part-time student, a city on the brink of a huge socialist movement, and Bo finds the lives of two women in his hands.

One foggy afternoon

Some pictures I took on a foggy/frosty afternoon. It was foggy, but really BRIGHT, it was like something I'd never seen. So I'm using it as inspiration for Titus'/Nho's story.

naster de eretz

I was inspired to work on some more realism.
This is a more realistic sketch of Titus and I have to say I am pleased with the result. I gotta stretch myself more D:

I finally found a title to work with : naster de eretz, which is Hebrew for "Crown of the Earth". I should explain. The natural setting in Titus' story will play a key role in the plot. I wanted it to be very much like that of Glacier and Banff National Parks in Montana and Alberta. When pioneers and settelers first came over, they described these mountains as the "Crown of the Continent", so I wanted a title similiar to that.

mainly after looking at this guy's gallery.
Simply amazing! another artistic idol!

Logan Pass!

Found some more inspirational photos from way back in August.
This is another place that holds a lot inspiration for the story I am writing for Titus : Glacier's Logan Pass and Hidden Lake.
Glacier Park is also referred to as the "Crown of the Continent" So I was hoping to somehow work this into the title of the story. Maybe even a Hebrew translation of the word "crown".

Toward the shore of hidden lake. And one of my favorite pictures.
Hidden Lake.
Looking back toward the pass.
On a cliff overlooking Hidden Lake.
There's a Laura!
